Having worked in the QS-related field in Singapore from 2007 to 2015, Hui Li returned to Malaysia to further her career, accumulating over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout this period, she has contributed to various projects encompassing high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, residential properties, precast structures, and renovation works. In 2014, she became acquainted with GLODON CUBICOST TAS and TRB software and recognized their potential in benefiting stakeholders in the construction industry, such as developers, consultants, and contractors.
As a result, in 2021, she established an outsourcing quantity surveying company that utilizes GLODON CUBICOST TAS and TRB software extensively.
MAIQS, CQS, MCIOB
Boon is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Construction Management, and has a doctorate degree in business administration. He has over 15 years experiences working in quantity surveying field, with all-rounded exposures in tendering, pre-contract and post-contract administration and site management. Familiar also with procurement strategies and outsourcing. Delivered and managed middle-to-large scale infrastructure and building construction in Hong Kong and Malaysia.
His background includes façade and fit out works, building works (office lot, warehouse, bungalow, residential) and as well as infrastructure works (hydroelectric dam and reservoir).
Boon is also the RICS APC Councillor and CIOB PR mentor.
